A new series for anyone that wants to race but can't get to regular events. The fifth series will run from June 2026 for four months finishing at the end of September 2026. If anyone would like to do the Series just email me!.

There are 12 races in total and you need to do eight races to count for the Overall Series. There are three races per month and you can do them whenever you like within that month. Details are on the Information and Dates page. 

You have to design your own course as detailed on the Information page, run each of the routes and time yourself. Then add a comment to Strava or send me your times at month end using the email below.

 

Last updated:  7th July 2026 - I'm sorry for the delay this month in updating the results but it's done now. The numbers are dwindling due to holidays and injury unfortunately but the stalwarts keep on going! I'll try and drum up more runners as I know it's helping me do the speedwork.
